ORDERS -  All orders recieved by 1.00pm will normally be despatched the same working day - Subject to Stock Availabilty - Back order items will normally be sent on Carriage Free.

PACKING + CARRIAGE - Items up to 1249 grammes UK - 2000 grammes Europe are normally sent Royal Mail - All items over this weight will be sent by Courier - Please make sure someboy will be available to sign for Package/s otherwise the courier will not normally leave without it being signed for. Prices for shipping are automatically worked out for you.

EXHANGE UNITS - For items that carry a Surcharge ie Engines - Brake Calipers etc a deposit will be charged. This is refundable when item/s is returned in a REUSABLE / CLEAN condition within 28 working days from receipt. Please Enclose Invoice number with returned goods.

RETURNED ITEMS - All returned items must be returned within 10 Days with invoice number - A 20% Handling charge will apply - Electrical items may not be returned unless faulty but will have to be checked before item is credited - Special order items cannot be returned. A Credit note will be issued to be used against further Purchases. This excludes items with Surcharges.
